Dibs Baer is an LA-based entertainment writer and the author/co-author of six books, including Retta's book of essays So Close To Being The Sh*t, Y'all Don't Even Know (June, 2018) and the New York Times bestseller I Didn't Come Here to Make Friends: Confessions of a Reality Show Villain, about iconic TV show The Bachelor. During a 15-year stretch in NYC, Dibs was the executive editor of In Touch Weekly and worked on staff at CosmoGirl!, Lifetime, and Ladies' Home Journal. Her stories have also appeared in Glamour, Cosmopolitan, Women's Health, Yahoo, HuffPo, Seventeen, Gotham, Hamptons, and Vegas magazines. Dibs' specialty is profiling celebs, and the extensive list of bold-faced names she's interviewed include Angelina Jolie, Sarah Palin, Ellen DeGeneres, Katie Holmes, Nicole Richie, Mariah Carey, Jessica Simpson, Christina Aguilera, Kate Winslet, Julianne Moore, Gwen Stefani, Alicia Keys, Diane Lane, Sheryl Crow, Pink, Glenn Close and more.
